Seattle native Wade Canney Vaughn passed away peacefully January 31, 2017. He graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Industrial Design. He had jobs in that field all of his life.
He became very involved in the Leschi area in central Seattle. He published several books about the area. In lieu of flowers we ask that you please send donations in remembrance of Wade to Leschi Community Council: 140 Lakeside Ave Suite A #2 Seattle, WA 98122
His loving family wife – Shirley, daughters – Jeanette and Sharon Faye, son in law Jeff, grandchildren Cassady and Dylan cousin Linda love him and miss his unique energy and creativity.
A loving, informal gathering will be held in the spring in his former home in the Leschi community; (It will serve as) an open house for all to come and celebrate his beautiful life!
