Anthony "Tony" Tremarco

Anthony “Tony” Tremarco of Nutley, NJ passed away peacefully on Monday, March 3, 2025 at the age of 94. Anthony was born in Nutley to the late Domenick and Mary (Stiuso) Tremarco where he lived before moving to the Ironbound section of Newark for most of his life and then finally settling back in Nutley. He was a Maintenance Supervisor for many years at Seward Luggage in Newark before retiring in 1991 and a Proud Veteran of the United States Army.

Anthony was the loving husband of the late Marie C. (SanSeverino) Tremarco, Cherished father of Deborah "Debra" Buckley and her husband Gerald "Jerry" Buckley, Anthony "Tony" Tremarco, Darlene Knauf and her husband Michael Knauf, and Denise Young and her husband Charles Young; Devoted grandfather of Jerry Buckley Jr and his wife Diana, Tonimarie Notare and her husband Robert "Bobby" Notare, Anthony Tremarco III and his wife Diane, Meagan Knauf, Michael Knauf III, Jared Tremarco, and Ethan Young; An amazing great grandfather to Gianna Buckley, Gabriella Buckley, Isabella Tremarco, Samantha Notare, Frank Notare, and Anthony Augie Tremarco; Beloved brother of the late Victoria Forlenza, and the late Sabato Trimarco; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

A visitation for Tony will be held Thursday, March 6th from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 11:30am on Friday, March 7th at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 28 Brookline Ave, Nutley, NJ followed by his burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ.
