Catherine V. O'Connor

Born in Bayonne on April 28, 1936, to the late Clarence Lorgan and Margaret Mary, nee Connors. Catherine lived in Bayonne until moving to Weehawken more than 50 years ago.

Catherine is survived by her six children Thomas, James, and Michele O’Connor, Jacqueline DoCampo, Karen Leone, and Linda Koski. She is also survived by her sons and daughter-in-laws Unok O’Connor, Manuel DoCampo, Craig Leone, and Thomas Koski, and predeceased by her daughter-in-law Karen Islieb. Catherine has seven grandchildren, Steven, Matthew, Lisa, Jennifer, Robert, Michelle, and Makayla, two Great-grandchildren Melissa and Addison and predeceased Great-grandson Jayden. She is predeceased by her three siblings, Eileen Gould, Deborah Miotto and John Lorgan. Catherine is also survived by her two siblings, Philip Lorgan and Marion Marin, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Catherine’s life celebration will include visiting hours on Thursday, May 22, from 3-8 pm at the Mack/Leber Funeral Home located at 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ. Family and friends will gather on Friday, May 23, at 9:30 am at the funeral home. The mass will begin at 10:30 am at St. Lawrence Church located at 22 Hackensack Avenue, Weehawken, NJ. Catherine will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington, NJ.
