

Born in Jersey City, NJ to Natalie and Daniel Tarrant.
She worked as a crossing guard for Hudson County and the town of Secaucus for many years, and was a past president of the American Legion Auxiliary.
Beloved wife of the late Joseph Burns; loving mother of the Elizabeth Burns and the late Joseph D. Burns; cherished sister of the late Denise Tarrant, the late Daniel Tarrant and his wife Janet, the late Edna Prospero and her husband Michael, Katherine Citro and her husband Vincent, Judith Bonell and her husband Robert, Peter Harris and his wife Karen; and dear niece of Margaret Kaden. Eileen also leaves behind her brother-in-law Ronald Burns, many loving nieces and nephews, close family members, and dear friends.
A memorial gathering for Eileen will be held Friday, February 2 from 4 to 8PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ.
