Gregory E Weir

Born in Jersey City on September 26, 1958, to the late Ernest and Claire Weir.

Survived by his devoted wife, Joyce Weir, loving children, Nicholas and Amanda Weir, two granddaughters, Autumn and Makayla, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Daniel G. Weir, and his brother, Dennis Weir.

Greg worked for Penske Truck Leasing for 33 years as a diesel technician before retiring in October of 2023. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, going to the beach and spending time with family and his loving wife who was his soul mate.

Greg's life celebration will include visitation on Sunday, June 22, from 3-7 PM at the Leber Funeral Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ. A funeral prayer service will be offered on Monday, June 23, beginning at 11 AM at the funeral home. Friends and family may begin gathering at 10:30 Monday morning before services. Greg will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington, NJ.
