Beloved wife of the late Charles V. Bremer; loving sister of Michele E. Torres; adoring aunt of Jessica, Louis, and Michael Torres, and great aunt of Jade Michele; dear stepmother of Deborah Bremer, Allison Hornback and her husband Thomas, and Erich Bremer; and cherished grandmother of Carol and Benjamin Hornback.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18 from 2:30 to 6:30 pm at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Rd., Secaucus, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 19 at 9:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church, Secaucus, NJ. Private cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jennifer’s name to the American Diabetes Association.
