Joan Davis

Joan Davis (Widman), age 91, of Secaucus, New Jersey passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025. Joan was born in Jersey City to the late Harold Widman and Lucy (Gallagher) Widman and Briefly lived in Hoboken before spending most of her life here in Secaucus. She was a member of the woman's auxiliary of the Secaucus VFW.

Joan was the loving wife of the late George Davis; Devoted mother of Linda Avello, and Donna Scalero & her husband Larry; Cherished grandmother of Christopher Avello & his wife Marissa, Steven Avello & his wife Jessica, and Lauren Daly & her husband Doug; Loving great grandmother of Michael Avello, Briony Avello, and Savanna Avello; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

A visitation for Joan will be held Tuesday, February 18th from 4 to 8PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur Wednesday, February 19th at 9:30 AM at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 1219 Paterson Plank Rd, Secaucus, NJ followed by her burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031.
