Joseph Harry Lyons Sr.

Joseph Harry Lyons, Sr., 85 of Bloomfield, NJ, formerly of Lodi & Secaucus entered into rest on June 7, 2015. Devoted father of Joseph Lyons Jr., Barbarajean Webber and her husband Rodney, David Lyons Sr. and his wife Barbara, Coreyanne Paganelli and her husband Nick and Michael Lyons. Adored grandfather of Sandie, Renee, Chrissy, Tara, Teri, Tracy, Taylor, Ryan, David Jr., Michele, Christopher, Lindsay, Nicholas, Kyle, Shawn, Jason, Amie, Stephanie, Kimberly, Jonathan and Dylan. Dear brother of George Lyons Sr. Joseph is also survived by his 21 beautiful great grandchildren. Joseph was born on January 2, 1930 in Jersey City to the late George and Anna Lyons Sr. Joseph served his country proudly in the United States Army, and was a Boy Scout Leader for many years. Joseph worked for Service Transportation in Secaucus, NJ and enjoyed hunting, art and nature. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 PM to 8 PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus. The family will gather at the funeral home with their relatives and friends on Thursday at 9:30 AM for a 10:00 AM funeral service. Interment to follow at Weehawken Cemetery, North Bergen, NJ.
