Born in New York, NY to the late Leo E. and Susan (Reid) Chase, Leo lived in Secaucus for many years, before settling in Florida.
Predeceased by his brothers Nicholas, John Patrick, and Lawrence Chase, his sister Mary Mahoney, and Aunt Jane Reid, he is survived by his sisters Veronica Werner and Lucille Chase Tattoli (Giulio), as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held for Leo on Tuesday, December 5th, 2017, 10:45 at the Immaculate Conception Church, 1219 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094. Arrangements are under the direction of Mack Memorial Home in Secaucus.
