Victor A. Firtion, 86, a lifelong resident of Secaucus, NJ entered into rest on Friday November 29, 2013. Beloved husband of Peggy (nee Burke) Firtion. Devoted father of Victor F. Firtion and his wife Helen and Judith Sullivan and her husband Dennis. Loving grandfather of Victor B. Firtion, Eric V. Sullivan and Kelsey E. Sullivan. Dear brother of Charles Firtion. Victor served his country proudly in the United States Army during WW II. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Golden Age Club and The American Legion all in Secaucus, NJ. Visitation will be held on Monday December 2, 2013 from 3 PM to 7 PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus. The family will gather at the funeral home with their relatives and friends on Tuesday at 9:00 AM for a 10:00 AM funeral mass at Immaculate Conception Church. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Victor may be made to The Alzheimer's Association, 400 Morris Ave Suite 251 Denville, NJ 07834-1365.
