Arda Lou Cornelius

Arda Lou was the youngest of 12 children born to Mitt and Levica Frans. She grew up in the Thomas, Oklahoma area. She married Lee Don Cornelius in 1946. To this union, three sons were born. Richard Daniel “Danny” in 1947, Robert Errol “Bob” in 1950 and Stephen Frans “Steve” in 1955.

Don preceded her in death in 1988. Sons, Danny and Bob, 10 of her siblings and her parents also preceded her in death. She married Charles Daley in 1989. He preceded her in death in 2006.

She is survived by her sister Betty Cargill of Porterville, CA; Son Steve Cornelius and wife Jan of Shawnee, OK; Grandsons, Daniel and Stephen Cornelius of Shawnee, OK; Granddaughters, Julie Michelle Cornelius of Oklahoma City, and Courtney Cornelius of Boston, MA; Great-Grandchildren, Paige Cornelius, Stefany Cornelius, and Jacob Cornelius of Shawnee, OK, Tristen Cornelius of Chickisha, OK; Step-Grandchildren, Elain Taylor and Kirk Keifer of Shawnee, OK, Doug and Leah Voth of Rockwall, TX, and Travis and Tiffany Roberts of Norman, OK; Step-Great-Grandchildren, Breann, Alex, Kelsey, and Evan Taylor of Shawnee, OK, Wyatt Voth of Rockwall, TX; as well as special Nieces, Nephews, extended family and friends.

We will miss Arda Lou but have joy and comfort in knowing she is with her heavenly Father and her many, many family members that have gone before her.
