Elizabeth A. Graves

Elizabeth and Timothy were married August 13, 1971 and raised three boys, Layfatte, Xavier and Dale. Elizabeth will be fondly remembered as a devoted Christian, loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all and anyone she came in contact with. Her warm and gentle smile was always known to fill up any room.

Elizabeth believed in maintaining a strong work ethic while always putting God and family first. These qualities she passed down to her son’s, being the example for every one of life’s trials. There are many words that could describe Elizabeth but only a few come to mind; Phenomenal woman, wise counselor and confidant.

On Thursday, July 13, 2017, God called one of his heavenly home while peacefully resting amongst her family. She is survived by a loving husband, three sons, fifteen grandchildren, brothers, Troy Fulbright and Willie C. Lynch, sister, Sandy, and a host of relatives and friends to cherish wonderful memories of her guidance, character and support. Her presence will truly be missed.

Visitation will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday, July 17, 2017, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Resthaven Funeral Home and the family will be available 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, July 18 to receive guest. Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment will be at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin.
