He was born in Oklahoma City, OK to Homer and Opal Norvell on October 25, 1935.
Lewis was a hard worker, servant of God, respectful and honest man. Lewis started his Roofing Company in 1968 and operated it for 50 years. He worked as a police officer for Sallisaw and Konawa. Lewis also worked as a patrol officer in Shawnee while maintaining his roofing business. He was ordained as a pastor from Liberty Baptist Church in Shawnee, OK and then went on to pastor White Stone Baptist Church in Cromwell, OK for 2 years.
Lewis married his wife Karolina Spencer on October 1, 2008 and spent the last 9 years enjoying each other’s company.
He is preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers; and wife, Ola Jean Norvell.
Lewis is survived by his wife; 3 daughters; 4 granddaughters; 2 grandsons; 2 step children; 3 step granddaughters; 2 step grandsons; and numerous friends and family.
