Martha Winn Parrott

Martha passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014, in Shawnee.

Arrangements are under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home, Shawnee.

Martha was born March 20, 1947, Shawnee, Oklahoma, to Glenn W. and Olivebel (Hinchey) Parrott. She graduated from her beloved Oklahoma State University in 1990. Martha played softball and loved sports in general. She was always the life of the party, was unforgettable and was always a “cut-up.”

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one nephew: Michael McClanahan.

She is survived by two sisters: Rachel E. Parrott of Skaneateles, NY and Olive Ann Curl of Jackson, TN; nephew: Trey McClanahan and wife Heather and their children Justin and Marcus of New York; niece Glenda Hernandez and husband Mario and their children: Crystal Zmak and Anthony and Connor Hernandez of Idaho; nephew: Glenn Greenwood and wife, Mary and their children: Josh, Noah and Bella, of Colorado; nephew: Brent Greenwood and wife, Melani and their children Josh and Olivia of California; great-great nephew: Hunter Zmak of Idaho; her beloved four-legged children: Sophie and Snoopy; and numerous cousins.
