Richard was a loving dad and grandpa. He enjoyed doing outdoor activities, riding motorcycles, and going to the gun range to shoot. He was interested in photography and rode with the Faith Riders of Shawnee. He worked at Eaton as a machinist and retired after more than 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by two sons: Alan Rutledge (Kayli) and Cory Rutledge (Jenny); grandson, Jackson Rutledge; and a special friend, Anona McCullar.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 13, 2017 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
