Ruby Olene Morris was born January 7, 1925, and passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012, in her home surrounded by her loved ones after a short-term illness. She was married to Milford Morris on November 23, 1942, in Okemah. She had three children, Wade Morris of Arcadia, Wayne Morris of Luther, and Ramona Morris of Shawnee. She had seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Ruby retired from Oklahoma City Public School food service. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Meeker, where she taught Sunday school for 30 years.
