Thelma I Morris passed away October 24, 2012 in Scott City, KS. She was born June 25, 1919 in Fort Worth TX. She married Ivan A. Morris in Holdenville, OK on September 25, 1937. She was preceded in death by her husband; Ivan Morris, her parents, daughter; Lynette Young, son-in-laws; Jack Young, Garry Switzer, granddaughter; Tina Louise Morris, Grandsons; Jesse Morris, Thomas L. Morton, and Wolf Morton. She is survived by her children; Leon Morris and wife Sandra of Shawnee, OK, LaDawn Morton, and husband Tom of Colorado Springs, CO, Lucille Switzer of Scott City, KS, Lowell Morris and wife Sharon of Oklahoma City, OK, her grandchildren; Lee Morris and wife Patricia, Brian Morris, Michael Morris and wife April of Shawnee, OK, Diane Morton of Colorado Springs, CO, Linda Morton of Colorado Springs, CO, Rondo Switzer of Dodge City, KS, Barry Switzer of Scott City, KS, Ron Morris of Oklahoma City, OK, and Shawn Morris of Oklahoma City, OK, her great-grandchildren; Chris Morris, Eddy Morris, Gideon Morris, Kobe Morris, and Kaleb Morris and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel in Shawnee, OK. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
