Betty Lou Crawford Hardin

Mrs. Betty Lou Crawford Hardin, age 85, of West Buechel returned to her Heavenly Father on December 4, 2016. Mrs. Hardin was a homemaker and member of Buechel Church of Christ. Among those that preceded her in death include her parents, William Crawford and Florence Cowherd; husband, Perry W. Hardin; children, Harold Wells, Perry Hardin, Jr., Robert Hardin, Anna Ruth Burgin and Linda Sullivan; granddaughter, Joanna Green; great-grandson, Willie Darnell; and brothers, William and Eddie Crawford. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Lois Jean McClellan, Donald Lee Hardin and Sharon Beeler (Randy); grandchildren, Tammy Darnell (Lee), Jimmy Green (Margarita), Lee Wells, Mindy Wells (Ivan), Nicole Burton, Melissa Newton, Troy Beeler, Joshua Beeler (Jackie), Jeremy Hardin and Dallas Hardin; great-grandchildren, Kendra (Thomas), Kayla (Charlie), Tessa, Christopher, Brandon, Kelsey, Jake, Tre, Tyler, Kaylee, Brianna and Knox; great-great grandchildren, Dayton, Austin, Ariel, Mariah and Jayden; sisters, Alice Stout and Irene Cowherd; and brothers, Jerry Crawford and Leslie Cowherd.

Funeral service will be conducted at noon on Thursday, December 8, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Valley Cemetery in Taylorsville, KY. Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday from 2-8 pm and Thursday from 9 am until time of service at the funeral home.
