Billy Raymond Sadler

Mr. Billy Raymond Sadler, age 86, of Brooks returned to his Heavenly Father on March 12, 2024. Mr. Sadler was born on June 15, 1937, in Bullitt County, KY to the late Robert Frank and Georgie (Austin) Sadler. He retired from General Electric and was a member of Little Flock Baptist Church. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran. Among those that preceded him in death are his parents, brother, Johnny Sadler; and sister, Frankie Slaughter.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 48 years, Jean (Deaton) Sadler; children, Terry Sadler (Becky), Billy Sadler, Jimmy Sadler (Angie), Terri Young (David), and Jennifer Carnes (Mickey); grandchildren, Chris, Amanda, Emily, Rachel, Kasey, Cody, Sam, Mitchell, and Brennen; great-grandchildren, Collin, Michael, Colton, and Alenna; and sister, Alice Trunnell (Rodney).

Funeral service will be conducted at 7 pm on Friday, March 15, 2024, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Jackson Cemetery in Jackson, KY on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 12 pm.
