Bonnie Kay (Palmer) McGill

Mrs. Bonnie Kay (Palmer) McGill, age 76, of Louisville, peacefully returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, December 10, 2021. Mrs. McGill was born in Louisville, KY on February 7, 1945 to the late Arthur and Minnie Palmer.

Among those who preceded her in death are, her beloved husband, Charles “Pete” McGill; son, Tim Jones and sister, Sandra Lynn Reynolds.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Cynthia Michelle Jones, Angela Marie Phillips (Todd) and Keith McGill (Rhonda); daughter-in-law, Catie Jones; grandchildren, Kyle, Jenna, Alex, Anna, Isaac, Max, Matt, Kylee, Benton and Barrett; great- grandchildren, Scarlett, Lilliana, Grayson and one on the way, Baby DAP and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, December 16, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) Friends and family may pay their respects on Wednesday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Thursday from 10:00 am until the time of service at noon at the funeral home.

Private burial will be held Monday, December 20, 2021 at Resthaven Memorial Park.
