Brian Charles Foley

Brian Charles Foley, age 46, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, returned to his Heavenly Father on June 22, 2018.  Brian was born on August 30, 1971 in Louisville, Kentucky to Ruthann Foley and the late Terry Foley.  Brian played football at Elizabethtown High School and set records bench pressing when he was younger.  Brian was a roofer; he loved roofing, working with people and fishing. Most of all he loved his kids and his family. Brian will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know him.  Brian loved everyone; he never met a stranger so there is no need to get dressed up, please come as you are.

Among those preceding him in death include his father, Terry Foley; and his little brother, Benjamin Chad Foley.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Andrew Foley and Chelsea; Morgan Foley and Alexis, Emma Foley, Brooke Corner, Zoe Patterson, and Joseph Green; 2 grandsons, Parker Foley and Joseph Higdon; 1 granddaughter, Jade; his mother, Ruthann Foley and Roger McColpin; 2 sisters, Theresa and Wayne Reed, and Bridget Foley; 10 nieces and nephews; his significant other, Michelle Phillips; and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday from 3:00 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
