Carol "Frankie" Frances Fowler

Mrs. Carol Frances “Frankie” (Henderson) Fowler, age 87, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, January 11, 2021. Mrs. Fowler was born in Bullitt County on September 3, 1933 to the late Robert Wales and Edna Pearl (Estes) Henderson. Frankie was a lifelong Baptist and a member of the Penile Baptist Church. Among those that preceded her in death are her parents; husband, Charles Robert Fowler; son, Joseph Anthony Fowler; and siblings, James, Robert, Jr., and Kenneth Henderson, Judy (Henderson) Smith and Sarah Henderson. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Donna Hays (Billy), Robert (Lisa) and Charles (Christina) Fowler; grandchildren, Justin Hays (Angee), Charlie, Ashlyn, Ava and Maddox Fowler; great-grandchildren, Elysia, Eleyna and Ellyott Hays; and siblings, Peggy Morehead, Jean Powell (Gary) and Gale Stivers (Carroll); and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, January 16, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with interment to follow at Valley Creek Baptist Cemetery (4685 Springfield Rd. Elizabethtown). Friends may pay their respects on Friday from 4 pm until 8 pm and on Saturday from 9 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
