Christopher Dale "Chris" Cook

Mr. Cook was born April 15, 1972 in Louisville and was a 1991 graduate of duPont Manual High School. He was owner/operator of CD Solutions where he designed and installed cabinets for many years. Mr. Cook was an avid motorcyclist who enjoyed riding with the AMVETS Post 61 Riders on charity rides around Louisville.

Among those who preceded him in death are his sister, Tiffany Marie Cook; grandparents, Roy and Hattie Apted and Perry Cook.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Matthew Cook, USAF (Lauryn) and Megan Cook; grandson on the way, Preston Dale Cook; parents, Phyllis and Leon Taylor, Dennis and Tina Cook; sister, Michele Grant (Mark); stepbrother, Robert Carter (Brandee); stepsisters, Kelly Clarke (Darren) and Rhonda Taylor; grandmother, Laura Cook; nieces and nephews, Sarah Ritter (Adam), McKenna Grant, Tiffany Carter, Isaac Fields and Kylee Carter; a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home, Mt. Washington (Hwy 44 east at 123 Winning Colors Dr.) with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.

Friends may pay their respects on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
