Curtis Paul Tucker

Curtis Tucker, age 69, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky returned to his heavenly father on Thursday, August 26, 2021. Mr. Tucker was born to the late Raymon and Janice (Smith) Tucker on March 31, 1952, in Millerstown, Kentucky. Mr. Tucker retired from American Standard after 21 years of service, he enjoyed playing his bass guitar, bluegrass and gospel music, video games, he was a Sunday school teacher for 17 years and a Deacon in his church. Most important of all he loved God his church and his family. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Tucker leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Barbara Joyce (Brown) Tucker; sons, Kevin Tucker (Sandra), Don Howell (Tammy); daughter, Amanda Burba (Larry); grandchildren, Austin Burba, Mackenzie Burba, Adam Howell, Matt, and Courtney; brothers, Tony Tucker (Shirley) and Shawn Tucker; uncle, Martin Tucker; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at Noon on Wednesday September1, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with internment in Millerstown, Kentucky. Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday August 31, 2021, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and on Wednesday September 1, 2021 from 10 am until the time of service.
