Donald Richard Huffman

Mr. Donald R. Huffman, age 77, of Okolona returned to his Heavenly Father on May 30, 2017. Mr. Huffman retired from Ford Motor Company after 35 years of service and was an avid UK fan. Mr. Huffman was a member of UAW Local# 862. Among those that preceded him in death include his parents, Roscoe and Virginia Rubble Huffman; and brothers, Roy, John and Mickey Huffman. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 46 years, Judy M. Huffman; children, Rhonda Ward (Robert), Don Huffman, Natoshia Goepfrich (George), Todd Smith (Debbi) and Tiffany Huffman; grandchildren, Brandon, Leah (Daniel), Tyler, Tanner, George, Henry, Caleb, Wednesday, Erica (Kasey), Zach, Ashley (Andrew), Amanda (Chris), Joshlyn and Grace; great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Alexis; and siblings, Betsy Jones, Dorothy Age, Joan Shelton, Martha Longworth, Hope Shuffler, Pam Nuzum, Roscoe Huffman, Jr., and Ronnie Huffman.

Funeral service will be conducted at 12:30 pm on Saturday, June 3, 2017 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks road) with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Friends may pay their respects on Friday from 1-8 pm and Saturday from 9 am until time of service at the funeral home. Family requests that if you would like to wear UK in his memory, you are encouraged to do so. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society and/or Home of the Innocents.
