Frances Harrison Prewitt

Mrs. Frances Harrison Prewitt, age 65, of Louisville joined her Heavenly Father on Thursday, December 3, 2020 after a long illness. Mrs. Prewitt was born on June 2, 1955 in Louisville, KY. to the late Virgil F. Harrison and Cynthia (Belcher) Harrison. Mrs. Prewitt was a registered nurse for 20 plus years at the Old Methodist Hospital, and for Norton’s. She was a member of Atwood Wesleyan Methodist Church. She loved her grandchildren, being a nurse, fishing, boating, and flowers. She was preceded in death by her daughter Cheryl Glidewell.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, James Prewitt; daughter, Marci McKenzie; sons, Paul Glidewell and Alan Glidewell (Christina); brother, Donnie Harrison (Sharon); grandchildren, Ashley Galloway (David), Chandler McKenzie, Evan McKenzie, Araina Quiggins, A.J. Glidewell and Noah Meyer.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral service will be private.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the funeral home in Mrs. Prewitt’s name to assist with funeral expenses and/or St. Jude’s Hospital.
