For the readers: due to a time lapse because Cindy did not have my phone number nor my address/nor did I have her phone number address. Cindy sent me a message on May 20, 2013 regarding Greg's passing via facebook. I have  not frequented Facebook (FB) for over a year now, however on June 3, 2013. I logged into just out of curiosity and  this is when, I found out about Greg's passing and was EXTREMELY SHOCKED of the news from her.  Now, as I pay my belated heartfelt tribute to Greg:  I have known Greg personally since the 1980's when our friendship started, while working as Correctional Officers (Side by Side) at the Jefferson County Jail (now referred to the Louisville Metro Corrections Dept.). I truly could not say one bad thing about Greg. He was my friend, my confidant, and considered him as my brother. Greg was a very loving and caring person to me and everyone he met. He was a deeply committed servant of Jesus Christ! I am speechless and still in shock! I truly loved him as a brother in Christ! I further extend my sympathies to his wife Cindy, son Garrett and other son Zachary. There is no doubt in my mind, that he instilled all of these characteristics of Christ's Love to his children.  I love you Greg VERY MUCH and will look forward to seeing you in Heaven someday! I will miss you my most dearest of all friends and you will never be forgotten!  With Great Love, Mike Kelly

My name is jessica. I used to work at ups for security. my job was sign in ups truck drivers in out all day. I knew greogry wilson fron working at ups. He was a good man, and a friend. Me and him talk  about me and my family. He worked hard. Plus there was times he came in with a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers is too his family. He is happy where he his.

I have worked with Greg since he came on at UPS. I am so sorry for your loss. Your father and husband was a very proud man, proud of his boys for sure. He was always talking about you boys and how you were doing in baseball. As i related to him my own stories of my sons and there football. We also shared the hardship together of having major back problems, and having to deal with the burdens that come with missing work, we even shared the same attorney. God bless you all, i know your loss is very difficult, i will miss Greg alot. He was a good man.

Ive worked with greg at alcapico watkinsand ups for the last 20 years i even knew him when he was a police officer ive also talked to him on a daily basis for tge last 13 yrs he loved his wife and his kids he even had time for my problems he will be missed i also talked to him four hours before he passed he was telling me how much he loved his wife and kids he was very proud of them

Greg Wilson was a great man, husband, and father, along with being a good friend to all who knew him.  It is comforting to know that Greg is a Christian man and will be spending eternity in heaven with our Lord!  I feel privileged to have been a friend of Greg's growing up and thankful to have had the opportunity to reconnect, albeit from a distance, over the last several years!  I pray for Cindy, Garrett, and Zach, may The Lord provide you with comfort during this incredibly difficult time.
