Mrs. Butler was born in Elkton, Kentucky on February 13, 1929. She retired from Kindred Bashford Health Care Facility where she worked in nutrition services for over 40 years.
Among those who preceded her in death include her husband, Perry Butler.
She leaves to cherish her memory her caretaker, Debbie Crawford and a host of friends.
Cremation was chosen and a private burial will be held at a later date.
Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) is in charge of arrangements.
