Jacqueline "Jackie" Denise Plamp

Jacqueline Denise “Jackie” Plamp, age 61, of Louisville returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, September 21, 2024, one day short of her 62nd birthday. She was born on September 22, 1962, in Benton Harbor, Michigan to the late Jackie and Margaret (Renfrow) Holland. Jackie was a fan and collector of Wizard of Oz memorabilia. She loved attending the theatre and musicals and loved her pets. Jackie was a good-hearted person who always thought of others. If a friend needed something and Jackie didn’t have it, she would find it.  She was always happy and accepted life as it came. The best word to describe her is “selfless”.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her fur-babies, Riley and Shelby.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 26 years, Mike Plamp; brother, Rob Holland; stepsons, Elliott Plamp and Travis Plamp; sister-in-law, Kathy Cawthorn (Steve); brother-in-law, Jerry Plamp; fur-baby, Sophie and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 2 pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with interment in Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday, September 26, 2024, from 10 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
