James Bruce Dunford, age 56, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, February 21, 2026. He was born on December 31, 1969, in Shepherdsville, Kentucky to the late Barry and Patricia (Jessie) Dunford, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Jamiee Dunford; brother, Barry Dunford, Jr.; sisters, Brenda Monroe (David), Crystal Eggers (Bobby) and Rebecca Cooper; grandchildren, Zai, Katlyn, Brady, Trenton and Blake “Tator” and special nieces, Tasha, Brittany and Shelby.
Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) in charge of arrangements where the family chose cremation.
