Mr. James “Jim” Edward Thrasher, age 62, of Hillview returned to his Heavenly Father on January 2, 2018. Mr. Thrasher was a car salesman and mechanic by trade. Among those that preceded him in death include his wife, Deborah Thrasher; and son, James Thrasher. He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Ben, Nina, Saundra and Sabrina Thrasher; step-daughters, Dana and Brandie Hipple; half-brother, Scott Clarke; and uncle, Tommy.
Cremation was chosen and a wake will be held at an undisclosed date. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) is handling the arrangements. www.subfuneralhome.com
