Jerry Brown Brumley

   Jerry Brown Brumley, age 81 of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, November 24, 2022. He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on Thursday, March 20, 1941, to the late Harry Sr. and Clara Marie Brumley. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Jenny, Harry Jr., JW, Rex, Clara and Salleye.

   He was a Christian by faith and a member of Southeast Christian Bullitt County Campus. He was very passionate about serving the Lord and especially enjoyed greeting guest at church and ministering in his community.

   He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 31 years, Bonita Jasper Brumley; his children, Chris Brumley (Janet), Eric Brumley (Sarah), Nick Brumley (Sammy), Ashley Brooks (Steve), Billy Prince (Becky) and Jon Jasper; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Emily, Jonathan, Kyndal, Blake, Michael, Elizabeth, Zach, Dani, Bailey, Charlie, Aiden, Sammy and Cameron; the mother of his children, Patricia Brumley; along with a host of  church family and friends.

   Funeral Service will be conducted at 6 pm on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home 4895 N. Preston Highway Shepherdsville, with cremation to follow. Visitations will be Tuesday 2pm until time of service at 6pm.
