In his leisure, John found joy in gardening, playing golf and spending time outside no matter where he was. He was also an avid UK Wildcats football and basketball fan.
In addition to his parents, his beloved wife, Gloria “Dean” Hart and his sisters, Nettie Giannini and Georgie Merrick, both of Princeton, KY preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving daughter, Glenda and son-in-law, Joe Mendoza of Mt. Washington, KY; his sister, Barbara Prow of Evansville, IN and a host of other dear family members.
