Mr. Kevin Lee Neathery, age 60 of Fairdale passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 with family by his side. Mr. Neathery was a retiree of the Kentucky Department of Corrections and a former minister of Minors Lane Baptist Church. Among those who preceded him in death are his parents, James and Nautalie Neathery, brother, Dale Neathery and son, Brett Neathery. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 37 years Tracey (Lusby) Neathery; daughter, Leah Neathery; brother, Herman Neathery; sister, Betty Sanders and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. on Saturday in the chapel at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road use John Harper entrance) with burial in Brookland Cemetery.
