Mr. Lacy Carlton Woodcock age 86, of Shepherdsville, KY returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, March 10, 2024. He was born on July 20, 1937 in Hart County, Kentucky to the late Lacy Woodcock and Lucy Gaskin Woodcock.
He was a member of the Overdale United Methodist Church in Hillview and the Lions Club.
Besides his parents he is also preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Flonnie Choate Woodcock.
He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, Janet Capshaw and Janee Fields (Randy); grandchildren, Justin Nally (Connie), Kyle Capshaw (Ashley), Josh Fields (Megan) and Brittany Lewis; great grandchildren, Karlee Sparkman (Nathan), Kaylee Nally (Jason), Riley Capshaw, Parker Capshaw, Austin Lewis, Connor Lewis and Casen Fields; great-great grandchildren, Claire Sparkman and Noah Sparkman; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Don & Diann Choate and a host of other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 pm Eastern time on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at the Campground United Methodist Church Cemetery in Bonnieville, Kentucky.
