Larry Ray McKeehan

Mr. Larry R. McKeehan, age 71, of Louisville, Ky went to be with his Heavenly Father on Monday, October 3, 2022. Larry was born on October 16, 1950, to the late Willie Edgar McKeehan and Naomi Irene (Turner) McKeehan. Larry was a self-employed carpenter and electrician by trade, he liked working with wood, fishing, outdoors, enjoyed quail hunting and always liked to play jokes. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Larry Ray McKeehan, Jr, sister, Charmaine Wilson, and granddaughter Jemma Raby.

He leaves to cherish his memory the love of his life Cheryl McKeehan,  three daughters, Teresa Renfro (Darrell), Samantha Altom (Gene), Amanda Goff (Danny) seven grandchildren, Justin Renfro (Ashley), Andrea Garvin (T.J.), Paige Nunn (Bradley), Shayne McKeehan, Sean McKeehan, Kathleen Raby, and Chloe Raby, six great grandchildren, Hailey McKeehan, Hayden Garvin, Wyatt Garvin, Raylin Renfro, Aubree Renfro, Jaxson Nunn, two brothers, Gary McKeehan (Sandy), Bill McKeehan (Tammy), two sisters, Jane Sigler (Ed), Bernadette Hall (Roy), along with nieces, nephews and other dear family and friends. Larry also had two very special fur babies Lola and Spanky who he affectionately loved.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, October 9, 2022, at 5:00 P.M. in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd). Family and friends may pay their respects on Sunday, October 9, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until time of service. Cremation was chosen.
