Mrs. LaVerda Vivian Bullock White, age 85, of Parkway Village, Kentucky, returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, June 9, 2014. Sister White was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, serving diligently in the Louisville First Ward as a Relief Society Teacher.
Among those who preceded her in death include, her husband, Marion Wesley White; daughter- in- law, Susan Ross Vivian White; granddaughter, Heather White and parents, Elbert and Leona Myrtle Lindsey Bullock.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her sons, Douglas Marion White (Jennifer); Stephen Elbert White (Cheryl); Gregory Bruce White (Debbie) and John Andrew White (Lisa); 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; brother, LaVon Bullock and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral Service will be conducted at Noon on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.; use John Harper entrance) with burial in New Liberty Cemetery (Edmonson County).
Friends may pay their respects on Friday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service at Schoppenhorst.
