Born on March 17, 2026, in Louisville, KY to Dana & Jeremy. Liam entered this world a fighter. Diagnosed with multiple congenital heart defects, he showed remarkable strength and resilience from his very first moments. He touched countless lives in his short time here, surprising doctors and inspiring all who met him with his strong spirit.
His life, no matter how short, was filled with love, purpose, and meaning. During his time with us, he came to love head rubs, books and music. Liam was deeply loved and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those who were touched by his journey.
He is survived by his loving parents, Dana & Jeremy; grandparents, Dan & Sheri Giacalone, Janet Brown and Andy Conder (Bonnie); great-grandmother, Judy Conder; fur-brother, Walter and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family who will hold him in their hearts always.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 19 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm with a service to follow at Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.). In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation, Brave Hearts, or Ronald McDonald House in honor of Liam.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Norton Children’s Hospital, the Norton Children’s Foundation, and Brave Hearts for the compassionate care they provided to sweet Liam. A special thank you to his NICU and CICU nurses, doctors, surgeons, respiratory therapists, music/child life therapists, and countless others who cared for Liam with such love and tenderness.
Liam was cherished not only by his family and friends, but also by the medical team who walked alongside him. Their kindness, dedication, and love will never be forgotten.
