Marie Nannette Owen, age 74, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, May 26, 2026. She was born Thursday, December 6, 1951, to the late William Henry and Harriet Marie Owen.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother William Michael Owen. Nannette was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. She loved reading and coloring. She had an odd obsession with British Cooking Shows and was a Star Trek fanatic.
Those she left behind with wonderful everlasting memories are her children, Wayne Michael Owen (Kim), Rebecca Owen (Ron), and Allison Chandler (Jim); her 7 grandchildren, Autumn, Kayla, Erick, Leah, Zoe, Beth and Lexie; 5 great-grandchildren; a brother, David Wayne Owen along with a host of extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 pm on Friday, June 5, 2026, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy). Family and friends may pay their respects from 12 noon till the time of service at 4 pm.
