Marie T. Perkins

Mrs. Marie T. Perkins, age 80, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, June 23,2021.  Mrs. Perkins was born on March 8, 1941, in Burksville, KY to the late Willie Thrasher and Ellie “Flowers” Thrasher.

Mrs. Perkins was proceeded in death by her husband James Perkins; 2 brothers, and 5 sisters; and a grandson Michael Wheeler.

She leaves to cherish her memory, son, Don Perkins; daughters, Sandra Graves (Bill) and Patsy Williams; grandchildren, Autumnie Guevara (James), Jeremy Perkins, Jessica Wheeler (Kenny), Heather Curtsinger (Michael), Kristopher Williams (Erica), Angela Graves, Charles Graves III, Danny Stover; great-grandchildren, Katelynn, Daman, Angie, Shayla, Josie, Paislee, Shayla H, Hevalynn, Addelynn, Brandon and Brianna Burden; brothers, Lewis Thrasher, Jesse Thrasher (Rebecca), Matthew Thrasher; sisters Lucille Akins, Nelda Garner, Oleen Richardson, and Anna Mae Wolffe (Garry).

Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021, at 2 pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with burial to follow in Brookland Cemetery.
