Marilyn Ruth McClure

Mrs. Marilyn Ruth McClure, age 84 of Shepherdsville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. She was born on Thursday, January 13, 1938 to the late Ralph and Florence Phillips. She was a Christian by faith and a member of The Seekers Bible Study Group. She enjoyed time with her husband, her three girls and especially her grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her brother, James Phillips and her son in law, Daniel Argenbright.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 66 years, Jim McClure; her daughters, Brenda Argenbright, Jimetta Ogle (Tim) and Beth Beaulieu (Eric); her grandchildren, Jason, Russell, Adam, Coty and Erin; her great grandchildren, Aspen, Autumn, Kain, Lydia, Raelyn and Dakota; her great-great granddaughter, Hazel Rose; her favorite niece, Marilynn Shepherd; her lifelong friends, Dana Winkler and Patsy Tinnell; along with a host of other family and friends.  

Funeral service will be 2pm Wednesday, April 20, 2022 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home 4895 N. Preston Highway Shepherdsville with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Visitations will be Tuesday 2 pm until 8 pm and on Wednesday 10 am until time of service.
