Michael Anthony Young

Michael Anthony Young, age 72, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, February 22, 2021.  He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 12, 1949 to Charles August and Ruth Marie (Brutscher) Young. Mr. Young was an Army veteran and retired from General Electric. He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Charles August Young, Jr. He leaves to cherish  his memory his, sisters, Linda Burkhalter, Mary Swinney (Jimmy) ,Cecilia Lokits; brothers, David Young, John Young and Philip Young (Freddie); and a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 11 am on Monday, March 1, 2021 at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 11501 Maple Way Louisville, Ky. with cremation to follow. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Sunday from 2 pm till 8pm  in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.). Expression of sympathy may be made to his church or Hosparus of Louisville.
