Mrs. Nancy Ruth Dyer, age 79, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. Nancy was born in Corbin, KY to the late Opal Pennington and Francis (Jones) Pennington. Nancy was retired from Hillard-Lyons, and she was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. Nancy loved her family, as well as her church family and she will be greatly missed by them all. We cannot leave out her fur babies who she loved dearly.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, and by her late husband Louis A. Dyer, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her sister Sharon Wilson (Jim), three nephews Darrell Wilson (Tammy), Danny Wilson (Angi) and Dale Wilson (Kim) along with a host of other dear family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 7p.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at (Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home) at the corner of Preston and John Harper Hwy. Visitation will be held Saturday July 9, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Burial will follow later at Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin Kentucky.
