Patrick Russell Lay

Mr. Patrick Russell Lay, age 73, of Eastview, returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, November 30, 2020. Mr. Lay was born in Jeffersontown on April 18, 1947 to the late Howard Wesley, Sr.  and Alice Virginia (Pike) Lay. Mr. Lay was an Air Force veteran. He was a member of College View Church of Christ. Among those that preceded him in death are his parents; and siblings, Howard Lay, Jr., Carolyn Bolin and James Louis Lay.

He leaves to cherish his memory his siblings, Harry (Sharon) and Steve (Barbara) Lay, Betty Hodge, Jack (Betty), John (Holly) and Joe (Glenda) Lay; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In compliance with Governor Beshear’s latest Covid-19 restrictions, all services are limited to immediate family & invited guests only. The limit is 25 individuals total (cannot be rotated). Service times must be kept private as well.

This MANDATE ends on Sunday, December 13, 2020.
