Peggy S. Snyder

Peggy Sue Snyder, age 64, of Louisville, KY returned to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 8, 2026, with her family by her side. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on April 30, 1961, to Thomas McDougale and the late Lou Belle McDougale. Peggy was a loving daughter, mom, grandma, and sister. Her family was the center of her universe. She worked as a seamstress for many years. She enjoyed sewing in her free time. She radiated happiness, kindness, and compassion, touching the lives of everyone around her. Whether it was lending a helping hand, offering a listening ear, or simply showing up when it mattered most, Peggy never hesitated to put others first. She brought light, laughter, and warmth to every moment. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her. Peggy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frederick Snyder and her mother, Lou Belle McDougale.

Left to cherish her memory is her father, Thomas McDougale; daughters, Candace Parker (Greg), Kristen Keeling, Katrina Brown (Chris), and Ashlee Snyder; grandchildren, Christopher Brown, Brooke Schneider (Nick), Austin Shaffer (Shannon), Morgan Shaffer, Haley Parker, Lizzie Brown, Kevin Coater, Victoria Brown, and Wyatt Brown; great-grandchildren, Nova Salter and Kaila Reid; siblings, Jeff McDougale (Wanda), Carrie Baugh (Kevin), and Shelly Gierach (Rob).
