Mrs. Campbell was born February 12, 1944 in Echols, KY to the late Jeff and Flossie Fulkerson Lewis. She was a Kentucky Colonel and a wonderful Nanny.
Among those who preceded her in death include, her husband, Thomas G. Campbell; parents; and brother, Willard Lee Lewis.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Matthew T. Campbell and Sarah B. House (Scott); grandchildren, Lauren House, Hunter, William D. and Elexia Campbell and Matthew House; sister, Norma Stubblefield; brother, Larry Lewis and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at noon on Monday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.) with burial in Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Sunday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst.
