She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Joshua David Payne; a stepdaughter, Justice Demonika Payne; mother-in-law, Laura Skaggs; father-in-law, Jeffrey Hensley and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Rachel was preceded in death by a special friend, Benny.
Funeral service will be conducted at 6 pm on Monday, December 12, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road). Friends may pay their respects on Monday, December 12, 2022, from 3 pm until time of the service at the funeral home.
