Tamra Craig

Tamra Danielle Craig, age 38, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 25, 2026. Tamra was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Bruce Wallace and Debra Ann Craig. She was employed by Kentucky Truck Plant where she worked on the assembly line. Tamra was an outgoing person; a girlie girl of sorts pink and bling was in her vocabulary. Shopping gave her great joy, and she could spend all day in the stores. It was said that she was funny, loving, kind, had a heart of gold and would often do for those less fortunate. Tamra was a loving and dedicated mom, daughter, sister, and granddaughter, she will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish her memory her three daughters, McKenzie Craig (Chandler), McKyia Craig, and Georgia Smith, Mother Debra Craig, brother David Craig, Jr., Grandparents Samuel and Anna Herdt, Former Fiancé Steve Smith, father of Georgia. Along with a host of nieces and nephews and other dear family and friends.

A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, time 12 noon at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Highway, at John Harper Freeway). Visitation will be Friday, February 6, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. At Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home. Cremation to follow.
