Walter "Wayne" Berding, Jr.

Mr. Walter “Wayne” Berding, Jr. age 51, of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 16, 2018. Mr. Berding was born on August 27, 1966, in Louisville, Kentucky to Walter, Sr. and Sandra Berding. He owned and operated Bushwacker’s Barber Shop in Shepherdsville. Mr. Berding was also a volunteer little league football coach for the Titans and the Jaguars.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 10 years, Jennifer Berding; parents; children, Samantha Noe (Christopher), Benjamin Berding, Aden Tyler, Joshua Catlett (Destiny), Courtney Griffin and Derick Griffin; grandchildren, Kaleb Becka, Mason Noe, Eli Noe and Oakley Catlett; brother, Michael Berding and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Monday, August 20, 2018 from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. www.subfuneralhome.com
