

Betty Ann Cohen, age 88, of Loganville, GA was a caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was born on July 28, 1933, in Atlanta, GA. Her mother's name was Hazel Childers and her father was Allen Childers. Betty passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022, at her home. She is survived by her best friend and loving husband of over 43 years Steve Cohen, daughter Shirley Vargas, son Mike Andrews, daughter-in-law Reba Andrews, 3 granddaughters, Cheryl Moore, Catherine Andrews and Gwen Gray, and 2 stepsons, Phillip Cohen and Ross Cohen.
Betty was fun loving, kind and truly loved her family. She loved a good story and was known for telling them herself. She was a sharp dresser and enjoyed singing. She first started studying the Bible with her mother-in-law, England Andrews in 1949. She progressed from there by going to the meetings held by Jehovah's Witnesses and participating in the door to door ministry regularly. In 1969, She was baptized at tan International Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses held in Fulton County Stadium.
Betty served as one of Jehovah's Witnesses faithfully from her baptism until her passing. All will miss her love and zeal.
